Recent consulting engagements have included implementing new employee engagement/experience measurement and improvement systems, and coaching HR teams through refreshing DEI roadmaps.
Todd has extensive experience hiring at the C-level and C-level minus 1 during his time at Bank of America, PayPal and Verifone. He can provide a range of services from advice about any step in the process - to full beginning to end management of a search process - and executive on-boarding plans. Todd recently helped a client hire the head of technology for a nearly $1 billion business, leading the process from organization design to search to hire. He recently managed the search process for an enterprise software company to hire a new CFO and General Counsel.
