About the Founder - Todd Shaw
Todd is a management consultant and former human resources (HR) executive. His approach leans heavily on his 30 years of corporate operating experience, including stints as Chief HR Officer of mid-size technology firms Verifone and CentralSquare.
In his corporate career, he helped build organizations that delivered organic growth (PayPal revenue more than doubled during his tenure) and acquisition-driven growth (Bank of America revenues nearly tripled from 1996-2006). He led global HR operations for 11 years, including 3.5 years living in Asia. To enable these results, he transformed multiple HR groups to deliver the required solutions and services. Todd’s corporate roles were most often HR leadership roles for businesses, but his career included deep focus in the area of talent acquisition, organization & leadership development and compensation
Todd started his consultancy, Shaw Organization Design LLC, in 2018 to help companies translate strategy to results by build high performing teams and organizations. His consulting engagements tend to be deep, multi-month engagements such as interim leadership roles or large-scale change projects.
Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and information systems from Drake University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. He is based in the silicon valley area.
